THE ACCOMMODATION

This comfortable bungalow sleeps six to eight people, and offers a double bedroom and a large partitioned room with twin and bunk beds. A double sofa-bed and cot are available by arrangement.

There is a bathroom with separate WC.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine; there is also a small pantry for storage.

A television, electric fireplace, books and local information can be found in the spacious but cosy lounge.

Guests have use of the pretty lawned gardens to the front and rear, where you can view the local wild birds.

Please note, there is a permanent vegetable bed on the front lawn - and we request that this be left untouched.

Linen is provided; the cot being an exception.
Towels are not provided.
Dogs (of the house-trained variety!) are welcome by prior arrangement, but must not be left unattended.
Equipped with central heating.
Complementary welcome hamper provided (typically containing tea, milk, sausages, bread, butter and jam).
Non smoking.
Electricity is included in the price.
Parking is available.
A small holiday & grocery shop is located in the nearby Park Resorts caravan and camping park.

RESERVATIONS and BOOKING

Bookings are Sunday (earliest arrival 3pm) to Sunday (latest departure 10am).

There is a minimum weekly booking from Easter to the end of September. Short breaks are available at other times. Please phone to book your holiday.

50% of the total cost is required within seven days of any reservation. The remainder is due no less than 30 days before the date of arrival.

The bungalow must be left in a clean and tidy condition, as on arrival, and any breakages or damage notified.

Price: from £300 per week (low season) : from £600 per week (high season).

Prices are based on a week-long stay (Sunday to Sunday) in the period from Easter to late September, with inclusion of all facilities within the house for up to eight persons.

Should you wish to stay at the bungalow over a different duration (for example, two weeks, or a weekend at a different time of year than stated) please contact us on the details below and we will try our best to arrange and price it accordingly.
