Isle of Wight holiday park, situated near Colwell Bay, providing good quality self catering bungalows on the IOW

Winter rental by arrangement (tenant will be liable for Council Tax).

Mid-week, odd period and short stays available at a daily tariff of weekly rate
divided by 7, plus £20 to total - please telephone for details.

All accommodation prices are weekly and inclusive of VAT, bed linen and
all mains services. 10% reduction for 1 or 2 persons in a unit.

No charge for infants under 2 years of age.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
  • 1. A Booking is confirmed only when a Deposit and signed Reservation Form have been received and our Receipt issued. A Booking is the responsibility of the person signing the Reservation Form. Should any member of the party not be able to take up the holiday, a substitute can be agreed. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday, please notify us by Recorded Delivery. Deposits are not refundable, and you may be liable for the full balance if we are unable to re-let the accommodation for the period.
  • 2. Accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it.
  • 3. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days from the date of enquiry.
  • 4. Dogs are welcome by arrangement (not more than 2 in a unit). They should be kept on a lead whilst on site and must not be left unattended in the accommodation. A charge of £15 per dog per week is made for this facility.
  • 5. Whilst every care and precaution are taken at Beachside Bungalows, we cannot accept liability or responsibility for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience caused by any circumstances beyond our control, to any person using or passing through the site, or to their property. Visitors are advised to consult their own Insurers on this subject.
  • 6. Standard 2 and 3 Bedroom Bungalows and 4 Bedroom Chalet Bungalows, Ground Floor and First Floor Maisonettes are centrally heated. Economy 2 Bedroom Bungalows are heated by convector heaters. Prices quoted in terms are inclusive of all Mains Services.
  • 7. A Deposit as specified on the Tariff is required and must be sent with the Booking.
  • 8. The Management reserve the right to eject or refuse admittance to any person or persons not abiding by the Conditions of Hire, or Behaving in an improper manner, either on arrival or during tenancy.
  • 9. All accommodation is supplied with duvets, pillows and bed linen. You will need to bring your own towels or hire them on site at a charge of :- Bath Towels and Table Cloths £2 each item. Hand Towels and Tea Towels £1 each item.
CAR FERRY BOOKINGS
It is advisable to book your ferry as soon as possible in order to obtain a convenient time crossing, especially on Saturdays during the peak season.
If you would like us to make the booking for you, please complete the appropriate section on the booking form. Ferry prices vary dramatically between carriers and are dependant on season, day and time of travel, numbers and ages of passengers and the size and type of vehicle. Please phone the relevant operator to discuss the most economical route.
For guidance purposes allow between £50 and £120, travelling on a night flier being the most economical.
