Short breaks on the Isle of Wight will rarely be better than here at Beachside Bungalows, a truly great IOW holiday park.

	We have our own well stocked and reasonably priced licensed premises - the Beachside Club - on site with
		children's room and patio. The local pub, the Colwell Bay Inn, is just 300 yards up the road, and the Longbeach Bar is opposite, overlooking the bay.

Colwell Bay is a safe, sheltered, shallow, EC approved rural beach of golden sand, ideal for children, sportsmen and sportswomen. Windsurfing, jet skis, boats, floats etc are available for hire. Both boat and shore fishing in the area is good. Access to the beach is via the road and concrete slipway. There are no steps to negotiate. The West Wight abounds with country and coastal walks through a beautiful and varied landscape of rolling downs, rugged coastline, secluded bays and coves. There is a stable nearby, where ponies are available for hire.		Colwell Bay
There are several tea rooms, cafés and ice-cream parlours on or near the beach. There is a general store at the Colwell Chine Road access to the bungalows. Freshwater is only a few minutes drive or ten minutes walk from Colwell, where all your shopping requirements can be met. There are two large supermarkets as well as a modern clinic, indoor swimming pool, library and an interesting 18-hole golf course and putting green.
